For 72 hours of balanced hydration. Offering 72 hours of intensive hydration, this rich, plant-powered moisturiser locks in moisture and deeply hydrates to restore balance to skin when it feels dry or stressed.
With a luxuriously creamy texture, this moisturiser is enriched with nourishing shea butter sustainably sourced in partnership with the Global Shea Alliance to intensely replenish, alongside a blend of moisturising borage oil, avocado oil to smooth and soften, soothing echinacea and toning hops.
After use, skin feels soothed, comforted and glows with natural radiance.

It doesn't work, bring back the original formula.
The old formula was the only skin cream that worked on my dry skin, this one doesn't at all. This one sits on the surface of my skin and doesn't hydrate. If I run my nail over my skin the product comes back off. It also slightly burns when I put it on. I didn't have this with the previous formula. Please bring back the original formula. I need it.

My daughter got me onto this cream . I’m 84 years old and started suffering with rosacea and this is the only cream that’s kept it away . It leaves my skin feeling soft and supple and I also use the night cream to match . I do use the cleanser and toner daily also

All products are so gentle and hydrate my skin.
I have been using Liz earl Rich moisturiser and cleanser since 1995. I struggled to find a moisturiser that worked I have dry skin and every product I tried made my skin sting. I finally found a moisturiser and cleanser that are super gentle and I have never had a problem with my skin since then, I have over the years tried other moistures nothing compares to Liz Earl skin care I use the shower gel body moisturiser gentle exfoliating plus hair care and her perfumes number 15, 20 and 100.

Why do your moisturisers not contain spf? I want to start using your range, but am disappointed I would need to buy so many products (cleaner, toner, day moisturiser, night moisturister) as well as spf to go on top!

We can confirm that all our moisturisers do not contain SPF, this is so they can be used both during the day and at night, where skin does not require SPF coverage at night. We are also ware that many of our customers with sensitive skin find SPF material in their moisturisers to be irritating to their skin, so we have tried to make our moisturisers inclusive as possible by being suitable for all skin types including sensitive skin.
Finally, where skin requires a constant level of protection, SPF products should ideally be re-applied every couple of hours, and we have created a skincare product called Environmental Defence Cream to be better suited where this has been designed to be the very last step within your skincare routine. Is the Skin Repair Rich Cream non-comodegenic? My skin is dry but acne-prone.

With the exception of our Environmental Defence Cream SPF25, none of the products in the Liz Earle Naturally Active Skincare range have been tested for comedogenicity.
However we believe that the primary ingredient that would cause a product to be comedogenic (and therefore block the pores) is mineral oil and this is not something that is used in our range, as we believe that plant oils are better for the skin.

Hi there, I've used Liz Earle for years, and am delighted you're delivering to Australia again. I use "Cleanse and Polish" which you have thankfully. I also use "Skin Repair Moisturiser" for Dry skin - and am wondering which cream is equivalent to this?
I use the rich moisturiser and find this ideal for my dry and ageing skin and works great alongside the cleanse and polish

Whilst we do have a number of customers who suffer with particularly sensitive skin and skin conditions such as acne rosacea, unfortunately there are no guarantees that individual products within our range are going to suit everyone. All of our products are formulated to be as mild and gentle as possible, but we would always recommend our customers carry out a patch test prior to using any new skincare product for the first time. A small amount should be applied close to the area of intended use. Should you experience any redness, irritation or discomfort during the next 24 hours – or at any point after the patch test - then we would advise to immediately discontinue use.

Has the skin repair changed? My recent purchase doesn't seem as nice as my last tube & it seems thinner & my skin is drier than it used to be. It is so annoying when a product you find perfect is suddenly changed!

We can confirm that there have been no changes made to our Skin Repair Rich Cream since it's launch in March 2020.
Sometimes, due to differing harvesting methods, locations and seasons affecting the natural plant oils and botanicals we use, these can occasionally have an impact on the colour, aroma or texture of a formulation. This should only be very minimal though and does not affect the performance of the product.
