Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful fragrance, my third purchase A subtle, uplifting floral fragrance which I love and wear year round (the compliments are a bonus). It layers well with No 1 for a soft daytime tone and partners elegantly with the Liz Earle Rosemary & Rockrose bodywash and body cream for a classy, enveloping evening fragrance 'wrap'. A handbag 10ml version of No 20 would be very welcome.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not worth the money I purchased this as a little treat for myself with a birthday promotion of 20% off. Sorry this is not for me. Looking at the content information and forming all B's in the survey, I presumed this would be a predominantly floral scent with a strong overtone of 'roses'. When I sprayed this perfume for the first time I was not impressed, it has a sweet sickly smell and an overtone of what I could only describe as a fake tan smell. The scent although not particularly to my taste doesn't last two minutes either, you can barely smell it after about half an hour. To be honest I have had much better perfumes for the fraction of the price. Sorry very disappointed and will not be purchasing again. 😞

Please do it in a handbag size or make it possible to stock up on samplers. I have one I carry with me for lunchtime refresh and it's almost finished.

I’ve sprayed on my skin and clothes so it’s not my skin that’s changing the fragrance. It also doesn’t last. I’m quite disappointed. Is it me or has it been tweaked?

Why has Botanical Essence no 9 been discontinued?

Are the Parfum bottles recyclable?

Hi, thanks for getting in touch. All our Botanical Essences come in glass bottles, and can be recycled as glass in the normal way. Any coatings, metal etc. will be burned off in the recycling process. We hope this information helps - The Liz Earle Beauty Co. Team

Hi, Are Liz Earle perfumes vegan?

In some formulations we have harnessed the naturally active properties of beeswax, propolis and Manuka honey which are harvested as by-products from the honey industry.  While we can confirm which products include these ingredients, without completing a full assessment of the entire supply chain we are unable to declare that our products are suitable for use by vegans – we are sorry. However, we can confirm that from day one we've had a very strict no animal testing policy and quite proudly display the leaping bunny symbol on all of our products. We can also confirm that none of our Botanical Essence contain beeswax, propolis or Manuka honey. Hello - can anyone tell me whether this smells anything like the rosemary and rock rose body/hand wash please?

Although the Botanical Essence No 20 is not the same fragrance as the Rosemary & Rockrose Body Care products, with its top notes of Pink pepper, rose essential water, bergamot and mandarin, heart notes: Damask rose, Indian jasmine and carrot seed, and base notes: Amyris, sandalwood and vanilla bean, it will compliment them beautifully.
