All Promotions are subject to availability and fair use, while stocks last. There are no cash or other alternatives, and we reserve the right to amend or withdraw Promotions at any time, for any reason. We recommend keeping a copy of all relevant terms for future reference. Promotional offerings cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
LIZ EARLE BEAUTY REWARDS PROGRAM ENROLLMENT
Any eligible individual who has created a customer account at a Lizearle.com via the pounds sterling (GBP) currency area of the site is considered a member of the Liz Earle Beauty Rewards programme. No purchase is necessary to enrol in the Liz Earle Beauty Rewards programme. Personal information must be provided to enrol. How we use your personal data is set out in the “Privacy Policy” section of this website.
We never knowingly collect data for children under the age of 16 and it is your responsibility to advise us if you are providing information for a child under the age of 16.
For customers residing in the Republic of Ireland; We never knowingly use personal data of customers under the age of 18 for the purposes of direct marketing, profiling or micro-targeting. It remains your responsibility to advise us if you are providing information for a child under the age of 18.
The Liz Earle Beauty Rewards programme membership is reserved for personal use only and is limited to one membership account per person (identified by last name, first name, and email address). Business use is strictly prohibited and constitutes abuse. “Liz Earle” reserves the right, at point of purchase or retrospectively, to determine whether a transaction constitutes business usage. “Liz Earle” can take any action it considers appropriate, including removing or suspending a Liz Earle Beauty Rewards programme account and points accrued if we have reason to believe you are abusing the scheme or associated clubs and offers. The Liz Earle Beauty Rewards programme is available to individuals who:
- Fill out a customer information form online at https://www.lizearle.com/ and for transactions paid for in pounds sterling (GBP)currency
No physical loyalty card is issued for the Liz Earle Beauty Rewards programme.
“Liz Earle” can cancel, withdraw or alter the scheme at any time, including these terms and conditions or any Liz Earle Beauty Rewards programme membership account.
If we identify that you hold two or more Liz Earle Beauty Rewards programme accounts, we may merge them into one account at our discretion.
Unless otherwise stated purchases made at online at https://www.lizearle.com/ on the GBP currency only will accumulate 1 point per pound sterling and are automatically added to your account for the Liz Earle Beauty Rewards programme account. Points will not be accumulated via purchases made in any other currency. Product purchases are eligible to accumulate points with exception of the gifting service that is accessible via the Lizearle.com checkout area. Purchases through the Subscription Service will also be eligible to accumulate 1 point per pound sterling, with exception of the 3rd free of charge subscription order, which will not be eligible for any points.
If a purchase is subsequently cancelled or refunded, any points associated with the refunded the purchase will be removed from your Liz Earle Beauty Rewards programme account. If a refund or cancellation removes points that then takes your total points below the current membership status threshold, you will automatically be moved down to the previous tier. To be eligible for all Liz Earle Beauty Rewards programme benefits, it is the Member’s responsibility to provide personal information that is correct, complete and up to date. If you do not do this, “Liz Earle” shall not be responsible for the member not receiving any benefits. All Liz Earle Beauty Rewards programme benefits are available for all members accessing via Lizearle.com via the pounds sterling (GBP) currency, with exception of free delivery services where restrictions may apply.
Use of additional offers and benefits associated with your Liz Earle Beauty Rewards programme account are subject to online network availability.
PROGRAMME FEATURES
The Liz Earle Beauty Rewards programme gives members access to various benefits and gifts based on their Member status.
Information about the Liz Earle Beauty Rewards programme benefits and redemption of rewards, as well as member loyalty history, is available on the Liz Earle Beauty Rewards programme webpage.
STATUSES AND BENEFITS
The Liz Earle Beauty Rewards programme has three tiers. Each member belongs to one of these three tiers according to both the number of eligible points that the Member has collected through qualifying purchases.
Qualifying purchases are orders placed via https://www.lizearle.com/ and paid for in pounds sterling (GBP)only.
Members can gain access to the different tiers and associated benefits as follows:
Member Tiers
- Beauty Inspired: Members who collected between 0 and 99 points.
- Beauty Enthusiast: Members who collected between 100 and 249 points.
- Beauty Expert: Members who have collected more than 250 points.
When a new account is opened after 11/05/2023, that member will automatically be assigned Beauty Inspired tier status. To reach a new tier level, the number of points must be accrued as shown above.
Each member tier provides specific Member benefits as shown below:
Beauty Inspired:
- Free standard delivery when you spend £25 in a single transaction. Free delivery available when you spend £25 or more (excluding delivery and gift vouchers) through lizearle.com only. Free delivery covers UK, Europe, USA, Canada and Worldwide Standard Service only and applies to your entire order. Orders shipped outside of the UK will still be eligible for points as long as the order is placed in the GBP currency.
- Birthday reward: 15% off when you spend £20 in a single transaction.
- Early access to select promotional kits.
Beauty Enthusiast:
- Free UK priority delivery for one order once you reach “Beauty Enthusiast” status. Free delivery applies to your entire order through lizearle.com and covers UK priority service. only. This benefit is valid for 12 months from reaching the ‘Beauty Enthusiast’ tier and is only redeemable against one order through lizearle.com.
- Free UK standard delivery for all subsequent orders. Free delivery applies to your entire order through lizearle.com and covers UK standard service only. This benefit is valid for the period that you remain in the ‘Beauty Enthusiast’ tier with no usage restrictions.
- Birthday reward: 20% off when you spend £30 in a single transaction.
- Beauty Enthusiast welcome discount of 20% off their first order.
- Early access to select promotional kits and new product launches.
Beauty Expert:
- Free UK priority delivery for all orders. Free delivery applies to your entire order through lizearle.com and covers UK priority service only. This benefit is valid for the period that you remain in the ‘Beauty Expert’ tier with no usage restrictions.
- Birthday reward: 25% off when you spend £40 in a single transaction.
- Beauty Expert welcome discount of 25% off their first order.
- Early access to select promotional kits and new product launches.
- Surprise gifts - Free gift with purchase when points thresholds are met at 350, 500 and 750 points.
Free delivery benefits are liable to the restrictions mentioned above. ‘Beauty Enthusiast’ and ‘Beauty Expert’ delivery benefits are available for members when shipping to a UK addresses only. When shipping to an address outside of the UK our standard delivery charges apply and can be viewed here.
The benefits of each level are independent of each other. It is not possible to accumulate benefits from two levels by reaching a new level.
If opted in to Liz Earle Beauty Co. email communications, members will receive a communication about how to access gifts and benefits for their specific status, this offers and discounts will also be available via the ‘My Offers’ section via the Rewards Dashboard. The Liz Earle Beauty Rewards programme benefits, and gifts are valid only at Lizearle.com and in relation to orders paid for in pounds sterling (GBP) currency. The Liz Earle Beauty Rewards programme rewards listed below are only redeemable once every 12 calendar months. If a customer expires from a tier and subsequently requalifies to the same tier within the same 12 month period, any coupon based benefits previously awarded will not be reissued.
Birthday rewards
Once a member has been notified that a gift is available, the member will have 1 calendar month to claim their birthday reward. Discount may only be used once per customer and must be entered at checkout at the time of purchase. Excludes flagship store treatment vouchers Christmas gifting and timed or limited stock offers where discounts have already been applied to point of sale. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount unless specified. The discount cannot be retrospectively applied to previous Liz Earle orders. Delivery Charges may apply. Discount code will not be applied to any applicable delivery charge.
Surprise & Delight Gifts
Once a member has been notified that a gift is available, the member will have 12 calendar months to claim their Surprise & Delight Gift. The offer code may only be used once per customer and must be entered at checkout at the time of purchase. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount unless specified. Surprise & Delight Gifts are subject to availability and are not exchangeable or refundable. Liz Earle Beauty Co. reserves the right to substitute a gift with another gift of equivalent value at any time, based on availability. The discount cannot be retrospectively applied to previous Liz Earle orders. Delivery Charges may apply. Discount code will not be applied to any applicable delivery charge.
Tier Welcome discounts
Once a member has been notified that a gift is available, the member will have 12 calendar months to claim their Tier Welcome discount. Discount may only be used once per customer and must be entered at checkout at the time of purchase. Excludes flagship store treatment vouchers, Christmas gifting and timed or limited stock offers where discounts have already been applied to point of sale. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount unless specified. The discount cannot be retrospectively applied to previous Liz Earle orders. Delivery Charges may apply. Discount code will not be applied to any applicable delivery charge.

TIER & BENEFIT EXPIRATION
Tier benefits will remain available to members for a period of 12 calendar months where they have undertaken an action that qualifies as activity. After a period of 12 calendar months of inactivity a member will have points removed associated with the current tier and will be moved down one tier to the highest points available in the previous tier, they will lose all benefits associated with the previous tier.
After one year of inactivity the following rules will apply:
- Customers in ‘Beauty Expert’ (tier 3) will be moved to ‘Beauty Enthusiast’ (tier 2) with a points balance reduced to 249
- Customers in ‘Beauty Enthusiast’ (tier 2) will be moved to ‘Beauty Inspired’ (tier 1) with a points balance reduced to 99
- Customer in ‘Beauty Inspired’ (tier 1) will remain in ‘Beauty Inspired’ (tier 1) but points balance will be reduced to 0
If in ‘Beauty Enthusiast’ or ‘Beauty Expert’ tiers and inactivity continues for a further 12 months a member will be returned to the ‘Beauty Inspired’ tier and all accumulated points will be removed with their points balance reset to 0. After a period of 4 years on inactivity a member’s account will be terminated.
Actions that are considered as activity on a member account include:
- Order placed on the Lizearle.com website using a Liz Earle Beauty Rewards member account
- A redemption of any Liz Earle Beauty Rewards member rewards
No other actions will be considered as qualifying activity for member benefit redemption purposes.
SOCIAL SHARING
The Liz Earle Beauty Rewards programme webpage allows members to earn points from sharing a “shelfie” with Liz Earle Beauty Co. via Instagram competitions. Sharing a “shelfie” constitutes posting a photo on a customer’s Instagram account with the Liz Earle account tagged and the relevant hashtag associated with the competition included in the posts. Winning customers will then be rewarded with extra points when the competition closes. Full details of each competition and eligible hashtags will be shared be Liz Earle Beauty Co. at time of competition entry.
Members can earn points by entering the competitions and sharing up to ten “shelfies” per calendar year, with total share count resetting on 1st January each calendar year. Once the 10 share limit has been reached, members will be able to continue sharing content however, no further points will be collected until the next 1st January.
In order to participate in social sharing competitions a customer must:
- Link their Instagram by entering and confirming their Instagram account name account via the Rewards dashboard.
Instagram accounts not linked via the Rewards dashboard will not be eligible for points rewards.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
Liz Earle Beauty Co. will collect, use and otherwise process member personal data in connection with the Liz Earle Beauty Rewards programme for personalising your online experience and providing relevant content and offers associated with your Liz Earle Beauty Rewards programme account. For further details of how Liz Earle Beauty Co. processes your personal data, please read our “Privacy Policy”. In particular, in accordance with your data protection rights, you have the right to consult, modify and delete any data concerning you. You can read all of your rights by reading our Privacy Policy. If members have any concerns about the processing of their personal data in relation to the Liz Earle Beauty Rewards programme, members can complete the contact form Available here, or contact our customer care centre at dataprotection@lizearle.com.
TERMINATION AND MODIFICATION
Members can terminate (opt-out) their membership from the Liz Earle Beauty Rewards programme at any point by logging in to their account and following this link. In the event of membership termination, whether at the request of the member or by Liz Earle Beauty Co., all earned points, rewards and benefits will be immediately removed.
Members may opt back in at any time from ‘My Account’ section of their Lizearle.com account, with no previous points or tier benefits reinstated.
Liz Earle Beauty Co. reserves the right to modify or suspend the Liz Earle Beauty Rewards programme at any time and to inform members using any appropriate method. In this case, Liz Earle Beauty Co. will have the choice as to whether any unused benefits will remain available.
Liz Earle Beauty Co. does not guarantee that members who have not established communication with Liz Earle Beauty Rewards programme (via email) or who have not visited the https://www.lizearle.com/Account-Loyalty webpage for a period of more than 12 months will be informed of any modification or termination of the Liz Earle Beauty Rewards programme.
Modification or termination of the Liz Earle Beauty Rewards programme will not give members any right to compensation in any form.
SUSPENSION OR DELETION OF ACCOUNT DUE TO FRAUDULENT USE OF THE PROGRAM
It is assumed that all Members are bound by the Liz Earle Beauty Rewards programme terms and conditions In the event of abuse or failure to follow any terms and conditions, Liz Earle Beauty Co. reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate a Liz Earle Beauty Rewards programme account, along with all associated benefits without notice. In this case, Liz Earle Beauty Co. will inform the member after such suspension or termination through any appropriate means.
Liz Earle Beauty Co. may suspend or terminate an account in the following circumstances:
- In the event of fraud, attempted fraud or theft by a member on the Lizearle.com website.
- In the event of inappropriate use or misappropriation of the programme.
- In the event of an abnormally high number of transactions in one or more purchase days.
- If a Member fails to follow the provisions set out in these terms and conditions.
