COCOA BUTTER
(Theobroma cacao)
Famous for its excellent emollient properties, we source our cocoa butter from West Africa, where fermented beans of the cocoa tree are roasted, cracked and ground to give a powdery solid called cocoa mass, from which cocoa butter is pressed.
EUCALYPTUS ESSENTIAL OIL
(Eucalyptus globulus)
Renowned for its purifying properties and invigorating aroma, we source our eucalyptus from China, where our essential oil is steam distilled from the leaves of the fast-growing eucalyptus tree.
JOJOBA BEADS
(Jojoba esters)
Prized for their gentle exfoliating action, jojoba beads leave skin clearer, brighter and more polished. To create our naturally biodegradable beads that are kind to the environment, pale yellow jojoba oil is hydrogenated to create a hard white wax, which is then warmed and dropped from a height to create smooth spheres.

Very Disappointing product and service
Really disappointed with this product, there was a fault with the packaging so the top didn't screw on again, the threads must have been damaged. So the product dried out. Liz Earle customer service very unhelpful, did not comply with UK legislation in terms of faulty return. Will never use Liz Earle products again.

gentle, easy to rinse away
Been using this range for longer than i care to remember. Hadn’t tried the exfoliiator though before but my preferred brand was out of stock so i gave this a try. Verdict . very gentle on the skin and rinsed off easily. wd buy again.

What are the packaging tubes made of: plastic or aluminium?

Is this for dry skin.

Even those with dry skin can benefit from regular exfoliation to remove dead skin cells and flaky skin. However, we would advise caution if your skin is particularly sensitive, and as with all our products, we would recommend a patch test first.

It says to use after the hot cloth & polish so is on wet or dry skin please

This is called Gentle face Exfoliator..why then does it state by the description that it’s not suitable for sensitive skin?

We advise caution in using this (or any exfoliator) on very sensitive skin due to the stimulating nature of the product.
Unfortunately there are no guarantees that individual products within our range are going to suit everyone. All of our products are formulated to be as mild and gentle as possible, but we would always recommend our customers carry out a patch test prior to using any new skincare product for the first time. A small amount should be applied close to the area of intended use.
