So refreshing
I couldn’t ever use anything other than Liz Earle skin care since I was bought this toner as part of a Christmas gift. Smells divine and brightens my skin a treat.

Really nice product.
Really good product and very hydrating, however it would be even better if it were fragrance free.

Where have you been all my life?
Wow! Why have I not been introduced to this sooner? I have been using for a few days and already know I can not be without these products! I have always been very self conscious and embarrassed of my skin, but now I can already see and feel the difference. I feel like I need to ask every woman I cross paths with “do you use Liz Earle?” Because I feel like some women are missing out! Love it!

If this were gin I would drink it......
I love this tonic!! Like many of you who might be reading this, I have used lots of different toners over the years, some of which have really irritated my skin due to the alcohol content. This product does exactly what it says on the tin, alcohol free and non drying. I always look forward to using the tonic after I have cleansed and polished. No bad skin reactions or dryness just a lovely fragrance which leaves you feeling as though you have been in a salon. It is by far the best toner I have ever used and as I say, if it were gin, I would drink it.

Have you changed the formula of the instant boost skin tonic recently? It now smells entirety different and has an unpleasant odour, not the lovely refreshing smell it always has done.
We really value your feedback and thought you’d like to hear some good news… our original, much-loved Instant Boost™ Skin Tonic formula is back, alongside the classic twist-up cap bottle. It’s now available to buy here: https://www.lizearle.com/skincare/our-range/toner/F33472.html.

My spritzer bottle has stopped working, it no longer mists, just sprays. I’ve tried cleaning/re-charging it. Any ideas on how to restore that lovely mist ??
Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, we have discontinued our Instant Boost Skin Tonic Spritzer so unable to replace this for you, the only suggestion we can make would be to try rinsing the nozzle and spray tip with warm water to see if that helps. Sorry we could not be any further assistance. – The Liz Earle Beauty Co.

Why has the spritzer been discontinued? It used to wake me up and I loved the fresh scent. I had bought a few and so only realised I can't get any more. Any plans to bring it back?
Hi, unfortunately we have decided to discontinue our Instant Boost™ Skin Tonic Spritzer 200ml. The main reason being that the packaging is not as sustainable as it could be, so until we can find a more sustainable solution we are removing our spritzer bottles from sale. In the meantime, you can still purchase our alcohol-free hydrating tonic in the regular 200ml bottle. If you still have your old spritzer bottle we recommend refilling and re-using it, once you have washed and dried it thoroughly. Hope this helps. – The Liz Earle Beauty Co Team.

On the how to use, it gives the advice for using the bottle not the spritzer. Therefore, if you spray directly onto the face, do you tap or rub on the face
Hello, thank you for getting in touch. Our Instant Boost Skin Tonic Spritzer is identical to the original Instant Boost Skin Tonic, the only difference is the packaging. The spritzer simply allows a variety of ways to apply the product onto your skin.
You can either apply the Instant Boost Skin Tonic on a piece of cotton wool or simply spritz it onto the face. You do not need to wipe off any residue as applying the moisturiser whilst the skin is still damp with the tonic will help the moisturiser be absorbed. I do hope this information helps. – The Liz Earle Beauty Co Team.

Can the instant boost skin tonic be used on a cotton wool pad and put on the eyes as an eye mask
Hello, we would recommend applying a 50p amount of Instant Boost Skin Tonic onto a cotton pad and sweep gently over the face and neck or apply directly onto your skin avoiding your eye area. If you would like to apply a compress on your eyes we would recommend our Eyebright Soothing Eye Cleanser; which is a gentle, herbal cleanser which soothes and refreshes tired, puffy eyes and removes light make-up. Apply Eyebright to cotton wool pads before sweeping over eyelids to refresh and wake up eyes. For a revitalising, soothing compress, soak two cotton wool pads in Eyebright Soothing Eye Lotion, place over eyes and relax for 5-10 minutes. You can read more about it here: https://www.lizearle.com/skincare/bestsellers/F01210.html. Hope this helps. – Liz Earle Beauty Co.

Can you refill the spritzer bottle? I have the twist cap pourable one right now but would prefer a spritz
Interesting answer from Liz Earle considering the QVC rep advises refilling it! Now the spritzer has been discontinued are there no plans to bring back the spritzer bottle? Again on QVC both reps (Caroline and Sarah) have said in the past to put it in your hands yet, another answer from Liz Earle themselves advises against this and to purchase the spritzer bottle, hmmm not possible if its discontinued???

applying the tonic
rather than applying this with cotton wool pads could you place some in your hands and apply to the face that way? I have used the spritzer.
Thank you for you for contacting us. We would recommend applying our Instant Boost Skin Tonic with cotton wool or cotton pad if you have the twist top bottle. Putting the product in your hands and applying this to your face would create a lot of waste and be very messy. If you prefer to apply this directly to the face, we'd recommend that you stick with the spritz version. We hope this helps - The Liz Earle Beauty Co. Team

Can I skip this part in the skin routine?
I've been using the cleanse and polish for a while now and it leaves my dry/ sensitive skin feeling lovely and clean. Although when I go onto the next step, the tonic it makes my skin even more dry/sensitive and the moisturiser cannot calm it down and I find I have to keep applying more moisturiser on through out the day. I was wondering if I can skip this part of the routine or if you have any advice for my skin routine.
Hello, thank you for your review! Instant Boost Skin Tonic is formulated to soothe and hydrate your skin, so if you find that it's making your skin more dry and sensitive, it sounds as if it isn't suitable for you, sadly.
