  • Unless otherwise specified, these terms apply to all offers, promotions and competitions listed below (Promotions). Each Promotion may have additional specific terms which will be detailed below (Promotion Terms) and will be deemed to incorporate these General Terms. Should there be any conflict between these General Terms and the Promotion Terms, the Promotion Terms shall prevail.
  • All Promotions are subject to availability and fair use, while stocks last. There are no cash or other alternatives, and we reserve the right to amend or withdraw Promotions at any time, for any reason. We recommend keeping a copy of all relevant terms for future reference. Promotional offerings cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.

  • These terms apply to all promotional discounts either automatically applied to pricing or via discount codes which can be used to receive a special discount via lizearle.com or our Customer Centre and not in any stores or on partner retailer sites unless otherwise stated in relevant promotional material.

  • By making a purchase with an automatic discount or code, customers are accepting these terms.

  • Customers that subscribe to the ‘Subscription Service’ will receive their recurring subscription order delivered within the specified recurrent time. Payment for your first and second orders are payable at full product price with no discount applicable. Every third ‘Subscription Service Order’ will be free (£0). The third order free offer only includes those products purchased in orders 1 and 2.
  • Every third order will continue to be free until you cancel your subscription service.
  • All ‘Subscription Service’ orders will qualify for free delivery.
  • When ordering other items together with a subscription delivery, free delivery is for 1 x UK Standard delivery only and will not apply if you request your order to be sent to another address.

  • Subscription deliveries must be cancelled before midnight the day before your next order is due. Any cancellation requests received after this time will apply after the ‘in progress’ delivery has been made.
  • When starting your subscription, your first order will be delivered within 5 working days from your order date, in line with our Standard Delivery timings, subject to stock availability. Further amendments can then be made via My Account.
  • Subscription deliveries will be dispatched at the time interval selected when setting up the subscription or as close as possible to the same calendar day. We reserve the right to amend or change this date. If changes are made, we will contact you using the email address linked to your subscription account beforehand. Subscription timings can be updated via My Account.
  • Subscriptions require a valid default payment card to be linked to your account. This card will be used for payment in advance of each order being placed. In the event that a card payment is not successful, we will automatically make 2 further attempts to take the outstanding payment. These 2 further attempts will be made on the 3rd and 6th day after the original order due date. If the payment continues to be unsuccessful or your payment card has expired, the subscription order and any other requested products will not be dispatched. You will be notified if a payment has not been processed and will be required to update the payment information in your account for the order to be processed. If the payment method is still invalid during the final attempt to place the order, your subscription order will not be placed or sent, and the subscription will be cancelled.
  • No discount codes/special offers may be applied to a subscription order unless otherwise specified.
  • You may request to skip a subscription delivery via My Account. Your next delivery won’t be sent but will resume again for your next scheduled delivery.
  • Prices are subject to change. We will notify subscribers of any changes to be made within a reasonable period of time via email, before the changes come into effect.

      • Customers can obtain a complimentary With Love loyalty card (WL card) from Liz Earle flagship stores, as well as Liz Earle counters in Fenwick. The WL card can be used to earn flower stamps. A flower stamp is a mark on a WL card showing that the customer has made a qualifying purchase. A qualifying purchase means a £40.00 or more spend on Liz Earle products through Liz Earle flagship stores, or Liz Earle counters and Fenwick, in a single transaction.
      • Customers are also entitled to one complimentary flower stamp when they complete a Liz Earle Keep-in-Touch card.
      • The WL card remains the property of Liz Earle, and it cannot be used to purchase Liz Earle products. Customers cannot exchange the flowers on a WL card for cash.
      • When a customer collects two flowers on a WL card, they will be entitled to a free gift. Free gifts will be determined by Liz Earle and are subject to change. Each time a customer collects a further two flowers, they will be entitled to another free gift, and the customer can continue this way until all eight spaces on the WL card have a flower stamp on them. This is a total of four free gifts per WL card.
      • To receive flowers and/or free gifts, customers must present their WL card to a member of staff in Liz Earle flagship stores or counters.
      • WL cards are personal to each customer and cannot be pooled with flowers collected by another individual, and then redeemed together. Neither flowers nor rewards can be transferred to any other person.
      • Provided a customer has a valid and unstamped receipt for a qualifying purchase, and the date of the receipt is no older than two weeks, we will add flowers to the customer’s WL card in retrospect. Receipts cannot be combined to make up a qualifying purchase. However, if a customer has multiple WL cards, all flowers may be treated as being on one WL card.
      • Customers must not sell, exchange or use their WL card for any purpose, except as specified in these terms.
      • We reserve the right to reject WL cards or to limit the use of WL cards if we deem them to have been tampered with, duplicated, damaged or in any way suspected to be affected by fraud, misconduct or unauthorised use. We may withdraw any WL cards or take any other action as we deem appropriate if we suspect fraud, misconduct or unauthorised use. If this happens, the WL card will become invalid and cannot be used to redeem flowers in exchange for rewards.

      • Customers can obtain a complimentary Naturally Active Rewards loyalty card from John Lewis stores where we have Liz Earle counters. The Naturally Active Rewards card can be used to earn stamps. A stamp is a mark on a Natural Active Rewards card showing that the customer has made a qualifying purchase. A qualifying purchase means a £40.00 or more spend on Liz Earle products through John Lewis stores in a single transaction after any promotional or partners discount. One stamp will be awarded for one qualifying transaction, per visit, per day.
      • The Naturally Active Rewards card remains the property of Liz Earle, this can only be used to receive discount on qualifying Liz Earle purchases. Customers cannot exchange the stamps on a Naturally Active Rewards card for cash.
      • Naturally Active Rewards cannot be earned or redeemed online.
      • When a customer collects three stamps on a Naturally Active Rewards card, they will be entitled to £30 redeemable on single Liz Earle products within John Lewis stores on their next purchase. Redeemable rewards can only be redeemed on a single transaction spend over £30. The £30 redeemable discount cannot be exchanged for cash.
      • When a customer collects six stamps on a Naturally Active Rewards card, they will be entitled to £40 redeemable on single Liz Earle products within John Lewis stores on their next purchase. Redeemable rewards can only be redeemed on single transaction spends over £40. The £40 redeemable discount cannot be exchanged for cash.
      • To receive stamps, customers must present their Naturally Active Rewards card to a member of Liz Earle staff in John Lewis stores.
      • Naturally Active Rewards cards are personal to each customer and cannot be pooled with stamps collected by another individual, and then redeemed together. Neither stamps nor rewards can be transferred to any other person.
      • Provided a valid and unstamped receipt for a qualifying purchase, and the date of the receipt is no older than 28days, we will add stamps to the customer’s Naturally Active Rewards card in retrospect. Receipts cannot be combined to make up a qualifying purchase.
      • Customers must not sell, exchange or use their Naturally Active Rewards card for any purpose, except as specified in these terms.
      • We reserve the right to reject Naturally Active Rewards cards or to limit the use of Naturally Active Rewards cards if we deem them to have been tampered with, duplicated, damaged or in any way suspected to be affected by fraud, misconduct or unauthorised use. We may withdraw any Naturally Active Rewards cards or take any other action as we deem appropriate if we suspect fraud, misconduct or unauthorised use. If this happens, the Naturally Active Rewards card will become invalid and cannot be used to redeem stamps in exchange for rewards.
      • We reserve the right to remove Naturally Active Rewards from our John Lewis stores at any time.
